We seek highly skilled and compassionate Travel RN’s and RPN’s to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. As an RN and RPN, you will be responsible for utilising the nursing process, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, to provide patient-centred care. You will also teach, counsel, and advocate for patients and their families, playing a leadership role in promoting health maintenance and promotion.

Assessing patients’ physical, emotional, and mental health.Developing and implementing care plans.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical histories.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.Advocating for patients’ rights and ensuring their safety.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in Alberta (If you do not have CRNA licence we will help you get it).
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
